Mitsubishi Drive
Why are japanese cars better than American cars? Serious question?
I am trying to vent or anything but I have driven both american (chrysler) and Japanese (mitsubishi) cars and have seen a difference.
I felt the mitsubishi drove smoother and better. Is it the way the cars are made or the quality? The engines look somewhat similair but I am not a mechanic so a can’t really comment on that.
Does anyone know why?
Stating Japanese cars are better than American cars is nonsense. Some Japanese cars are better than some American cars, no doubt. You could even say most and I would be OK with that – but not all.
It’s funny you use Mitsubishi in your example, they are one of the worst of the Japanese manufacturers. Other than the Evo a Mitsubishi hasn’t won a comparison test in years. I personally would take a Ford Fusion over a Galant any day of the week. Mustang vs Eclipse? That’s an easy one too. I would however take a Galant over an Avenger though because Chrysler’s small car offerings are weak.
Bottom line – you can’t paint all cars from one country (or even one company) with the same brush.
